ARREDONDO CORPORATION operates Ghost Detailing Co. and Ghost Wash Club and is responsible for the customer information described in this policy. We collect the name, email, phone number, service address, vehicle information, appointment choices and notes you submit. Membership records also include the selected plan, subscription status, booking history, consent records and Stripe customer, subscription and checkout identifiers. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for vehicle service.
Payments and providers
Stripe collects card details through its secure checkout and manages payment methods, recurring billing and the customer portal. Our website does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive payment and subscription information needed to provide service. ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers host this website and its records. When owner email alerts are connected, Resend processes the member name, contact details, vehicle and selected plan to email a signup notice to the business owner. These providers process information for their services under their own terms and privacy policies.
How information is used
We use information to schedule and perform services, process subscriptions, communicate about requests, renewals and cancellations, respond to concerns, prevent misuse and maintain business records. Service-related calls or texts do not constitute consent to promotional messaging. We do not sell customer information or use submitted contact details for advertising without separate permission.
